1. What’s the status of my order?

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • Orders can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to arrive 
  • Please note some items will not ship until a later date. Check product descriptions for more details. 

3. How do I return an item I bought at

*Please note all returns must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns in person.

Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

5. How long will it take for my Return to process?

  • Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us here.
